Det er i visse tilf\u00e6lde p\u00e5 bekostning af flow for den enkelte person. Hvad kan man s\u00e5 g\u00f8re? Her er to sm\u00e5 tips som kan bidrage til at bedre situationen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hav f\u00e6rre \u00e5bne opgaver i hele teamet. Ved at indf\u00f8re en \u201dwork in progress\u201d gr\u00e6nse kan der skabes mere fokus p\u00e5 at enkelte opgaver afsluttes inden nye starter \u2013 og dermed sikre at alle er i samme kontekst rundt i teamet. \u201dWork in progress\u201d gr\u00e6nser stammer fra Kanban og er en essentiel faktor i forhold til at skabe fokus p\u00e5 \u201dpull\u201d effekt frem for \u201dpush\u201d. Tanken er at der ikke m\u00e5 v\u00e6re flere opgaver i kolonnen end gr\u00e6nsen foreskriver. For at f\u00e5 en ny opgave p\u00e5 tavlen skal en anden afsluttes.<\/li>\n<li>Indf\u00f8r \u201dflow\u201d signal for de enkelte team medlemmer. Nogle bruger hovedtelefoner til at signalere at de ikke vil forstyrres \u2013 og andre bruger mere synlige signaler.
