Team Form\u00e5l er en kombination af de konkrete nuv\u00e6rende opgaver som teamet l\u00f8ser samt de forventede fremtidige opgaver i forhold til Product Vision.<\/li>\n<li>Team Navn: For at st\u00f8tte op omkring f\u00e6llesskabsf\u00f8lelsen i teamet giver det ofte v\u00e6rdi at d\u00f8be sit team. Teamnavnet kan evt. skabes som opsummering af Product Vision og\/eller Team Form\u00e5l \u2013 alternativt kan et mere fantasifuldt navn anvendes.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/management30.com\/practice\/competency-matrix\/\">Team Kompetencer<\/a>: Det giver stor v\u00e6rdi at kortl\u00e6gge team medlemmernes individuelle kompetencer. V\u00e6rdien ligger dels i at skabe opm\u00e6rksomhed om den enkeltes kompetencer, men liges\u00e5 meget i forhold til personligudvikling.
