To af de vigtigste elementer er introduktion af technical coach rolles samt b-agile test foundation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c5rsagen til at jeg v\u00e6lger at fremh\u00e6ve disse initiativer skyldes at de er unikke i branchen. Personligt har jeg set mange agile transformationer stoppe ved udrulningen af Scrum. Det er naturligvis ikke godt nok, da det prim\u00e6rt fokuserer p\u00e5 processer og mekanisk agilitet. Bankdata har haft held med et forsat fokus p\u00e5 forbedringskultur og endnu mere agilitet.<\/p>\n<h2>Developers, developers, developers<\/h2>\n<p>Technical coach er en sp\u00e6ndende rolle uden pendanter i andre virksomheder. Rollen fungerer som en blanding mellem en agil coach og en lead developer. Guildet arbejder med en formel definition, men nogle af de kompetencer jeg ser hos vore technical coaches er:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i><a href=\"http:\/\/manifesto.softwarecraftsmanship.org\/\">Software Craftsmanship<\/a><br \/>\n<em>Str\u00e6ber efter at arbejde mere professionelt med softwareudvikling<\/em><\/i><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Design_Patterns\">Designm\u00f8nstre<\/a><br \/>\n<em>Anvender designm\u00f8nstre til at opn\u00e5 robuste l\u00f8sninger<\/em><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/martinfowler.com\/books\/refactoring.html\">Refaktorering<\/a> og <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Incremental-Software-Architecture-Failing-Implementations\/dp\/111911764X\">inkrementeldesign<\/a><br \/>\n<em>Programmerer s\u00e5 der kan laves hyppige igangs\u00e6tninger og agile leverancer<\/em><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlassian.com\/agile\/testing\">Testprincipper og praktikker<\/a><br \/>\n<em>Arbejder struktureret med kvalitetssikring<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Dom\u00e6neviden<br \/>\n<em>Inddrager egen og kollegers viden om dom\u00e6ne, systemer og v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I rollen som technical coach arbejder man coachende, man underviser og man faciliterer i t\u00e6t samarbejde med b\u00e5de agile coaches samt andre technical coaches. Yderligere er man med til at inspirere p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af teams i eget udviklingsomr\u00e5de samt i hele Bankdata.<\/p>\n<h2>Mindre makv\u00e6rk, mere h\u00e5ndv\u00e6rk<\/h2>\n<p>Via b-agile test foundation underst\u00f8ttes Bankdatas generiske m\u00e5l for 2017 og samtidig hj\u00e6lpes teams til at dyrke professionalisme og deres h\u00e5ndv\u00e6rk yderligere. Fokus for forl\u00f8bet er kvalitetssikring og agiltest.<\/p>\n<p>Forl\u00f8bet er opdelt i fire dele:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AS-IS workshop, 3 timer<br \/>\n<em>Definition og afstemning af nuv\u00e6rende kvalitetssikrende aktiviteter og risiko p\u00e5 produkter og systemer<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Undervisning, 2 dage<br \/>\n<em>F\u00e6llesforst\u00e5else for agiltest<\/em>, testprincipper og praktikker<\/li>\n<li>TO-BE workshop, 4 timer<br \/>\n<em>Planl\u00e6gning af fremtidige aktiviteter ved brug af testvision<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Coaching, 2-4 sprints<br \/>\n<em>Technical coach hj\u00e6lper med v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer, metoder og software craftsmanship<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Teamet, technical coach og agil coach arbejder t\u00e6t sammen for at implementere forl\u00f8bet og fastholde forbdringskulturen efterf\u00f8lgende.<\/p>\n<p>Et vigtigt element i udrulningen er at det ikke kontrolleres centralt \u2013 p\u00e5 mest agile vis h\u00e5ndteres planl\u00e6gning, undervisning og coaching lokalt i de enkelte udviklingsomr\u00e5der.
