Reglerne er essentielle i blandt andet Lean og Kanban men kan i h\u00f8j grad ogs\u00e5 anvendes i Scrum.<\/p>\n<p>1\tKvalitetssikring: Send ikke fejlfyldt arbejde videre i processen<\/p>\n<p>2\tPull: Efterf\u00f8lgende proces-trin p\u00e5begynder arbejde n\u00e5r der er kapacitet<\/p>\n<p>3\tK\u00f8reduktion: Igangs\u00e6t pr\u00e6cis det antal opgaver som efterf\u00f8lgende processer kan h\u00e5ndtere<\/p>\n<p>4\tFlowskabelse: Nivel\u00e9r antallet af aktive opgaver<\/p>\n<p>5\tForbedringskultur: Brug opgavetavlen til at lave finjusteringer<\/p>\n<p>6\tRetrospektiv: Stabilis\u00e9r og rationalis\u00e9r processen<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r man arbejder med Scrum er forbedringskultur og retrospektiv essentielle for success. Mange n\u00e5r dog ikke til at arbejde struktureret med de \u00f8vrige punkter og det er en skam.<\/p>\n<p>Kvalitetssikring sker ved at arbejde stringent med mekanismerne definition of ready, definition of done og accept\/done\/ready kriterier for opgaverne. S\u00f8rg for at de er beskrevet s\u00e5 pr\u00e6cise og operationelle som muligt og bekr\u00e6ft at de bliver overholdt.<\/p>\n<p>Pull, k\u00f8reduktion og flowskabelse er t\u00e6tkoblede begreber og kr\u00e6ver disciplin. Flowskabelse fokuserer p\u00e5 at maksimere v\u00e6rdi af arbejde i team frem for fuld udnyttelse af den enkeltes kapacitet. Hvad betyder det s\u00e5? I praksis betyder det at hvis man indf\u00f8rer en begr\u00e6nsning for antallet af igangv\u00e6rende opgaver (work in progress eller WIP limit), s\u00e5 vil det ske at der ikke er separate opgaver til enkelte personer og at denne i stedet b\u00f8r bidrage til at afslutte igangv\u00e6rende opgaver sammen med andre.
