At Bankdata we treasure knowledge. To enhance that we have a free library of awesome books that is updated regularly. Most recent books are Toyota Kata by Mike Rother<\/a> and The 4 Disciplines of Execution by Jim Huling<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I know many other organisations who does the same. So why mention it here? In short: Because ours works.<\/p>\n

As can be seen on the picture more than 50 % of the titles are in use and this number increase over time.<\/p>\n

We try to cover all software development topics ranging from user experience, software craftmanship to processes.<\/p>\n
