Jeg har i det nedenst\u00e5ende fors\u00f8gt at overs\u00e6tte den til dansk, da jeg over tid har oplevet mange misforst\u00e5elser.<\/p>\n<p>Overs\u00e6ttelse af begrebers betydning:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Burn-down Chart<\/b>: diagram der viser nedskrivning af udest\u00e5ende arbejde i forhold til tid.<\/li>\n<li><b>Burn-up Chart<\/b>: diagram der viser stigning i en parameter, f.eks. v\u00e6rdi, i forhold til tid.<\/li>\n<li><b>Daily Scrum<\/b>: tidsbegr\u00e6nset daglig begivenhed (15 minutter eller mindre) til replanl\u00e6gning af udviklingsarbejde i l\u00f8bet af et Sprint. Form\u00e5let er at Development Team kan dele den daglige fremdrift, plan\u00e6gge arbejde for de n\u00e6ste 24 timer og opdatere Sprint Backloggen.<\/li>\n<li><b>Definition of Done<\/b>: forventninger eller aftaler som produktet skal overholde f\u00f8r en udgivelse til produktion.<\/li>\n<li><b>Development standards<\/b>: standarder og praktikker som Development Teamet har identificeret som n\u00f8dvendige for at udvikle potentielle produktionsf\u00e6rdige Increments senest ved udgangen af et Sprint.<\/li>\n<li><b>Development Team<\/b>: medarbejdere der er ansvarlig for al inkrementiel udviklingsarbejde kr\u00e6vet for at levere produktionsf\u00e6rdig Increment senest ved udgangen af et Sprint.<\/li>\n<li><b>Emergence<\/b>:\u00a0proces hvori uforudset\u00a0viden\u00a0eller kendskab til fakta\u00a0opst\u00e5r.<\/li>\n<li><b>Empiricism<\/b>: processtyring hvor beslutninger sker med afs\u00e6t i observerede resultater, erfaring og eksperimenter. Empiricism anvender hyppig inspektion og adaption for at skabe transparens. Empiricism kaldes ogs\u00e5 <em>empirical process control<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><b>Forecast<\/b>: forventning om fremtidig tendens baseret p\u00e5 historiske observationer,\u00a0f.eks. udv\u00e6lgelse af m\u00e6ngden af arbejde fra Product Backlog\u00a0der kan leveres i et Sprint eller i fremtidige Sprints.<\/li>\n<li><b>Increment<\/b>: kandidat til produktionsklart arbejde der udvider tidligere Increment og tilsammen danner et produkt.<\/li>\n<li><b>Product Backlog<\/b>: en rangeret, levende, liste af arbejde som Product Owner finder n\u00f8dvendig for at udvikle, vedligeholde og drifte et produkt.<\/li>\n<li><b>Product Backlog refinement<\/b>: aktivitet i et Sprint hvor Product Owner i samarbejde med Development Team pr\u00e6ciserer og detaljer elementer p\u00e5 Product Backlog.<\/li>\n<li><b>Product Owner<\/b>: enkelt person der er ansvarlig for at optimere den v\u00e6rdi et produkt leverer. Dette g\u00f8res ved at inkrementielt vedligeholde og udtrykke alle forventninger til produktet i form af en Product Backlog. Product Owner skal repr\u00e6sentere holdninger fra alle interessenter overfor Development Team.<\/li>\n<li><b>Scrum (n)<\/b>: simpelt rammev\u00e6rk til udvikling af komplekse produkter (1); simpelt rammev\u00e6rk for h\u00e5ndtering af komplekse udfordringer\u00a0(2).<\/li>\n<li><b>Scrum Master<\/b>: enkelt person ansvarlig for at f\u00e5 Scrum til at fungere ved at guide, coache, undervise og facilitere et eller flere Scrum Teams og deres omgivelser i forst\u00e5else og anvendelse af Scrum.<\/li>\n<li><b>Scrum Team<\/b>: sammens\u00e6tning af Product Owner, Development Team og Scrum Master.<\/li>\n<li><b>Scrum Values<\/b>: 5 fundamentale v\u00e6rdier og kvaliteter der understreger Scrum rammev\u00e6rket: engagement, fokus, \u00e5benhed, respekt og mod.<\/li>\n<li><b>Sprint<\/b>:\u00a0fastl\u00e6ngde tidsafgr\u00e6nset periode\u00a0p\u00e5 4 uger eller mindre hvori de \u00f8vrige Scrum begivenheder bliver afholdt.\u00a0Perioden bruges til at f\u00e6rdigg\u00f8re (done) en tilstr\u00e6kkelig m\u00e6ngde arbejde og samtidig have hyppig inspektion, refleksion og adaption p\u00e5 produkt- og strategiskniveau. De \u00f8vrige Scrum begivenheder er:\u00a0<em>Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review og Sprint Retrospective<\/em>\u00a0.<\/li>\n<li><b>Sprint Backlog<\/b>: et evolution\u00e6rt overblik over m\u00e6ngden af arbejde der er kr\u00e6vet for at n\u00e5 <em>(done)<\/em> m\u00e5let for et givent Sprint <em>(Sprint Goal).<\/em><\/li>\n<li><b>Sprint Goal<\/b>: kortfattet s\u00e6tning der angiver et overordnet form\u00e5l for et Sprint.<\/li>\n<li><b>Sprint Planning<\/b>: tidsbegr\u00e6nset begivenhed (8 timer eller mindre) der afholdes i starten af et Sprint. Begivenhedens form\u00e5l er at Scrum Teamet kan inspicere Product Backlog og udvikle en initiel Sprint backlog der l\u00f8ser et overordnet Sprint Goal.<\/li>\n<li><b>Sprint Retrospective<\/b>: tidsbegr\u00e6nset begivenhed (3 timer eller mindre) der afslutter et Sprint. Her\u00a0inspicerer Scrum Teamet det\u00a0seneste Sprint og bliver enige om hvilke tilpasninger der g\u00f8res i n\u00e6ste Sprint.<\/li>\n<li><b>Sprint Review<\/b>: tidsbegr\u00e6nset begivenhed (4 timer eller mindre) der markerer afslutning af udvikling i et Sprint.\u00a0Her inspicerer\u00a0Scrum Team og interessenter et Increment, overordnet fremdrift og strategiske \u00e6ndringer som Product Owner indarbejder i Product Backlog.<\/li>\n<li><b>Stakeholder<\/b>: en interessent udenfor Scrum Teamet med udtrykt interesse eller viden om produktet som er n\u00f8dvendig for fremtidig evolution\u00e6r udvikling.<\/li>\n<li><b>Time-box<\/b>: en tidsafgr\u00e6nsning med enten udtrykt maksimal l\u00e6ngde eller fast l\u00e6ngde. I Scrum har alle begivenheder en maksimal l\u00e6ngde mens selve Sprintet har en fast l\u00e6ngde.<\/li>\n<li><b>Velocity<\/b>: angiver den hastighed hvormed et Development Team kan omdanne Product Backlog til produktionsklar Increment.
