The output of the workshop is another workshop used inside Bankdata to discuss the topic.<\/p>\n<p>Below are some of the key &#8220;take a ways&#8221; from the agile leadership workshop in Bankdata context:<\/p>\n<h1>Your leadership<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Be coaching, democratic, affiliative and authorative when needed <\/strong>over coercive and pace-setting<\/li>\n<li><strong>Be supportive <\/strong>over not micro-managing<\/li>\n<li><strong>Define goals, success factors and necessary conditions <\/strong>over defining solutions<\/li>\n<li><strong>Be transparent and inclusive <\/strong>over managing by fear<\/li>\n<li><strong>Observe and orient <\/strong>over deciding and acting<\/li>\n<li><strong>Be aware that a problem can be simple from one perspective and chaotic from another <\/strong>over thinking you have the solution to every problem<\/li>\n<li><strong>Optimise end-to-end <\/strong>over sub-optimizing<\/li>\n<li><strong>Be aware of the causal effects impacting your stakeholder <\/strong>over being blind to side effects<\/li>\n<li><strong>Help things go right <\/strong>over dealing with things going wrong<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Your colleagues<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Challenge your colleagues to have an &#8220;outside in&#8221; perspective <\/strong>over an ego-centric perspective<\/li>\n<li><strong>Empower your colleagues and demand that self-organize <\/strong>over assigning individual tasks<\/li>\n<li><strong>Develop your colleagues and risk they leave <\/strong>over keeping them at any price<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Your team<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Strive to build teams with strong clan and adhocracy score <\/strong>over hierachy and market score<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strive to build self-governing teams <\/strong>over manager led<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strive for antifragility in teams <\/strong>over settling for fragile teams<\/li>\n<li>The workshop has been held with the Agile Coaches in Bankdata and is planned for Scrum Masters and management in April.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The target group for the workshop is not only managers but also Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Development Team members.
