Read this and the following blog entries to get hints on how YOU can sabotage your project with high impact!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\"><span title=\"Det er vigtigt at det er samme person hver gang som faciliterer m\u00f8det.\">It is important that it is the same person every time which facilitates the meeting. <\/span><span title=\"P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de opretholdes samme struktur og kommunikationsform gennem hele forl\u00f8bet.\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">This will maintain the same structure and form of communication throughout the process.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\"><span title=\"Facilitatoren skal helst v\u00e6re en person fra teamet og allerhelst projektleder eller scrum master.\">The facilitator should preferably be someone from the team and preferably the project manager or scrum master. <\/span><span title=\"Det vil sikre at teamets vigtigste problemer bliver belyst og ingen begivenheder i det forgangne sprint bliver glemt!\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">This will ensure that the team\u2019s main problems are illuminated and no events in the past sprint forgotten!<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\"><span title=\"Brug samme metode hver gang.\">Use the same agenda each time. <\/span><span title=\"P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de ved alle deltagere hvad de g\u00e5r ind til og man sikrer at f\u00e5 et ensartet output fra alle retrospective meetings.\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">In this way, all participants know what they are getting into and it\u2019ll ensure a consistent, uniform, output from all retrospective meetings .<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\"><span title=\"S\u00e6t h\u00f8jest 30-60 minutter af til m\u00f8det og g\u00f8r det gerne kort.\">Set maximum 30-60 minutes of the meeting and make it short and effective. <\/span><span title=\"Hvis folk har forberedt input ordentligt inden m\u00f8det kan det afvikles hurtigt og effektivt uden den store diskussion.\">If people have prepared input properly before the meeting, they can take give input quickly and efficiently without much discussion. <\/span><span title=\"Tit vil problemstillingerne alligevel v\u00e6re de samme fra gang til gang \u2013 s\u00e5 hvorfor bruge mere tid p\u00e5 det?\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">Often the issues still remain the same from time to time &#8211; so why spend more time on it ?<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\"><span title=\"Lad v\u00e6re med at udpege ansvarlige for besluttede handlinger.\">Do not appoint people responsible for decided actions. <\/span><span title=\"Det er vigtigt at hele teamet tager ansvar for de ting der skal \u00e6ndres i fremtiden.\">It is important that the whole team takes responsibility for the things to be changed in the future. <\/span><span title=\"Hvis der udpeges en enkelt fra teamet risikerer man blot at det l\u00f8ses for hurtigt.\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">If a single team member is assigned there\u2019s a risk of solving the issue to quick.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\"><span title=\"Hvis teamet er distribueret er det vigtigt at afholde separate m\u00f8der for hver lokation.\">If the team is distributed , it is important to hold separate meetings for each location. <\/span><span title=\"At holde m\u00f8det via webcam eller andre tekniske vidundere er besv\u00e6rligt \u2013 desuden ved alle team medlemmer godt hvem der i virkeligheden udg\u00f8rer det store problem!\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">Executing the meeting via webcam or other electronic devices is difficult &#8211; also all team members knows well who really form the big problem!<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\"><span title=\"Hold m\u00f8det formelt og struktureret.\">Keep the meeting formal and structured . <\/span><span title=\"Efterlev gerne mottoet \u201cForm over indhold\u201d.\">Live the like to the motto \u201cForm over content\u201d. <\/span><span title=\"Hvis m\u00f8det afvikles med h\u00e5rde m\u00f8deledelse og en overdrevet struktur sikres et effektivt m\u00f8de hvor alle punkter bliver behandlet og f\u00f8rt til referat.\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">A meeting held with hard meeting management and an exaggerated structure ensures an effective meeting where all points are processed and recorded in the minutes.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\"><span title=\"Kig aldrig p\u00e5 historiske fakta.\">Never look at the historical facts. <\/span><span title=\"Der er ingen grund til at vise teamet en burn down graf og diskutere de vigtigste begivenheder der har v\u00e6ret i det forgangne sprint.\">There is no need to show the team burn down chart and discuss the major events that have been in the past sprint . <\/span><span title=\"Teamet kender allerede til forl\u00f8bet og ved at grafer KUN er et n\u00f8dvendigt onde udt\u00e6nkte af ledelsen.\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">The team is already aware of the process and graphs are ONLY a necessary evil enforced by management .<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\"><span title=\"Facilitatoren skal gerne have forberedt en r\u00e6kke forbedringspunkter inden m\u00f8det.\">The facilitator should have prepared a number of improvement points before the meeting. <\/span><span title=\"Det er vigtigt at facilitatoren har forberedt en hemlig agenda med hvilke \u00e6ndringer der skal indf\u00f8res i teamet.\">It is important that the facilitator has prepared a secret agenda with the changes to be introduced in the team. <\/span><span title=\"Undervejs i m\u00f8det kan facilitatoren nemt guide teamet hen mod de rigtige beslutninger!\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">During the meeting, the facilitator will easily guide the team toward the right decisions !<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"result_box\"><span title=\"Det er ikke vigtigt at alle er med \u2013 og ej heller at alle kommer med input.\">It is not important that everyone is present &#8211; nor that all provide input. <\/span><span title=\"Hvis folk ikke har lyst til at dele deres erfaringer med resten af teamet \u2013 s\u00e5 skal de heller ikke tvinges.\">If people do not want to share their experiences with the rest of the team &#8211; why force them? <\/span><span title=\"Det er besv\u00e6rligt og f\u00f8rer til un\u00f8dvendige konfrontationer i teamet.\">It is inconvenient and leads to unnecessary confrontations in the team. <\/span><span title=\"S\u00f8rg for at de v\u00e6rste problemskabere bliver holdt ude.\">Make sure that the worst problem creators are kept out .<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span title=\"S\u00f8rg for at de v\u00e6rste problemskabere bliver holdt ude.\">I really hope that these observations will be accepted and adopted in teams all around the world.
