{"id":804,"date":"2019-01-23T13:31:51","date_gmt":"2019-01-23T12:31:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agilerasmus.com\/wordpress\/?p=804"},"modified":"2019-01-23T13:36:56","modified_gmt":"2019-01-23T12:36:56","slug":"from-vision-to-individual-competencies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agilerasmus.com\/wordpress\/from-vision-to-individual-competencies\/","title":{"rendered":"From vision to individual competencies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Most teams have been working on Product Visions, but many stop here not considering how the team its team members fit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Team objective: It can be a good idea to define and articulate a sentence describing Team Purpose in relation to the overall \u2013 and long term \u2013 Product Vision.\u00a0Team Purpose is a combination of the specific tasks the team performs, as well as the expected future tasks in relation to the Product Vision.<\/li><li>Team name: To support a team feeling the team generate a name.\u00a0Team name could be created as a summary of the Product Vision and\/or Team Purpose \u2013 Alternatively a more imaginative name used, e.g. &#8220;the pirates&#8221; or &#8220;polar bears&#8221;.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/management30.com\/practice\/competency-matrix\/\">Team Competencies<\/a>: It provides great value to identify team members  individual competences.
