I refiner p\u00e5 en m\u00e5de I fandt frem til for 6 m\u00e5neder siden, I nedbryder i tasks som I l\u00e6rte da I var p\u00e5 Scrum kursus og I producerer i Sprintet som I har gjort i en menneskealder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis det lyder genkendeligt, s\u00e5 l\u00e6s videre og bliv inspireret til at pr\u00f8ve at arbejde anderledes i teamet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I dette indl\u00e6g vil jeg fors\u00f8ge at beskrive en metode kaldet mob-programming som er en \u201cwhole team approach\u201d til opgavel\u00f8sning. Kort fortalt, s\u00e5 er det par-programmering p\u00e5 steroider:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>traditionel par-programmering udf\u00f8res af to udviklere; een der skriver koden og een der l\u00f8bende reviewer og giver inputs<\/li><li>mob-programming udf\u00f8res af et helt team; een person styrer tastaturet og mus mens resten af gruppen navigerer inputtet<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Essensen i mob-programming er at enhver ide skal g\u00e5 fra din hjerne via en anden persons h\u00e6nder f\u00f8r det rammer computeren<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Mob-programmering udf\u00f8res ved hj\u00e6lp af to roller:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Chauff\u00f8r: Personen der sidder ved tastatur og mus. Personen handler p\u00e5 det input som navigat\u00f8rene giver.<\/li><li>Navigat\u00f8r: Gruppen af personer som st\u00e5r bag chauff\u00f8ren. Gruppen diskuterer og giver input til chauff\u00f8ren om hvad der skal g\u00f8res p\u00e5 computeren.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Rollerne skifter efter round-robin metoden, hvor alle personer p\u00e5 skift sidder 15 minutter som chauff\u00f8r. N\u00e5r hele gruppen har pr\u00f8vet at v\u00e6re chauff\u00f8r afholdes et retrospektiv for at forbedre processen fremadrettet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En dag med mob-programming kan stykkes sammen som f\u00f8lger:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Velkomst og introduktion til mob-programming<\/li><li>Specifikation af arbejdshypotese for dagen<\/li><li>Selvorganiser i teams af 5-9 personer<\/li><li>Mob-programming i runder af 15 minutter<\/li><li>Retrospektiv efter hver runde af mob-programming<\/li><li>Demo resultat af arbejdet<\/li><li>Planl\u00e6g handlinger fremadrettet for opgaven<\/li><li>Diskuter hvilken l\u00e6ring dagen har tilvejebragt<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>For at sikre st\u00f8rst muligt udbytte anvendes elementer fra hypotesedrevet udvikling. Hypotesen specificeres i f\u00e6llesskab i starten af dagen og i slutningen af dagen evalueres produktet i forhold til denne. Det er vigtigt at specificere en realistisk, men ambiti\u00f8s, hypotese der s\u00e6tter rammerne for en kompleks problemstilling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hypotesen kan med fordel udformes efter denne skabelon:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Vi tror at&nbsp;<strong>&lt;denne evne eller egenskab&gt;<\/strong><\/em><br><em>Resulterer i&nbsp;<strong>&lt;dette produkt&gt;<\/strong><\/em><br><em>Vi ved vi har n\u00e5et m\u00e5let&nbsp;<strong>&lt;n\u00e5r vi kan indfri dette m\u00e5l&gt;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eksempel p\u00e5 en hypotese:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Vi tror at&nbsp;<strong>sporbarhed p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af systemlogs<\/strong><\/em><br><em>Resulterer&nbsp;<strong>i mindre tid brugt p\u00e5 support \/ lettere support i teamet<\/strong><\/em><br><em>Vi ved vi har n\u00e5et m\u00e5let&nbsp;<strong>n\u00e5r fejl kan frems\u00f8ges p\u00e5 2 minutter<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For nylig faciliterede jeg et udviklingsteam i mob-programming og deres feedback p\u00e5 dagen var:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Kender sine kolleger bedre<\/li><li>Pr\u00f8ver at arbejde uden for sin tryghedszone<\/li><li>Arbejder i en anderledes konstellation end normalt<\/li><li>Teamet tager f\u00e6lles ansvar for opgaven<\/li><li>Kort proces fra ide til prototype<\/li><li>Alle i teamet har mulighed for at give inputs<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ugilic.dk\/blog\/2019\/02\/mob-programming\/\">Indl\u00e6gget er ogs\u00e5 udgivet p\u00e5 Ugilic&#8217;s blog.<\/a><\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kender I den situation hvor hverdagen i dit team er blevet lidt for meget brun sovs og kartofler?
